Jo is our key Property Management Accounts Administrator.  She is compassionate, a good listener, and particularly enjoys interacting with our Landlords and Tenants to help them, in general, to ascertain answers to their questions and comprehend any uncertainties they might have about their accounts.

Jo tackles ​everything with a keen eye for detail, which means following procedures and processes to make things run as smoothly as possible, and most especially in the background mechanics of the business - to ensure that all of the little things are well taken care of.

Jo has lived in the heart of the Yarra Valley and the Dandenongs for close to three decades.  She is meticulous about understanding our clients’ needs and particularly works with the adage that ‘getting it right the first time’ should always be timely, but it’s always worth taking a little more time and care, than rushing to meet a deadline as the only priority.
