Catherine, daughter of Doug Knight, and sister to brothers Anthony and Bradley, was literally born into the family business and overseas all things - from accounts to client communication, to HR and beyond. With an open door policy, Catherine is very much hands-on, and delights in an old-fashioned phone call over sending an email.
